Mystery snail morphometric analysis to inform invasive species management

Chinese and Japanese mystery snails are a high-priority invasive species found in New York (David and Cote 2019).
• Japanese snails have only been confirmed in two areas in the state, including Lusk Reservoir (David and Cote 2019, Stratton 2023).
• Cadets on this project will: o Conduct morphometric analysis to distinguish differences in Asian snail species o Determine parasite viability based on species
• Plenty of options, must be self-motivated!
